- Wash tofu (bean curd) lightly and cut into 4 pieces.
- Soak dried wakame seaweed in water until it softens. Squeeze out water and cut into rough strips.
- Roast peanuts in frying pan until aromatic and chop coarsely.
- Spread wakame seaweed (1) on plate and place tofu on it. Garnish with peanuts and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
- Rub soy sauce into rehydrated wakame seaweed and dress with sesame oil.
