Wakame Seaweed and Cold Tofu


  • Wash tofu (bean curd) lightly and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Soak dried wakame seaweed in water until it softens. Squeeze out water and cut into rough strips.
  • Roast peanuts in frying pan until aromatic and chop coarsely.


  • Spread wakame seaweed (1) on plate and place tofu on it. Garnish with peanuts and sprinkle with salt and pepper on top.
  • Rub soy sauce into rehydrated wakame seaweed and dress with sesame oil.
